Atajate’s annual Fiesta del Mosto celebrates the village’s winemaking heritage with complimentary tastings of freshly fermented grape must. Held on Saturday 29 November in the village square and nearby streets, the daytime gathering invites visitors to sample new wine and learn about traditional fermentation processes. Entry is free and the celebration is conducted primarily in Spanish.
